24-month warranty on Disenia products

Disenia guarantees its products for 24 months from the date of delivery to the retailer.
For hot tubs, the warranty covers damage to:

• shell and load-bearing frame: cracks, structural leaks, or osmotic blistering of the acrylic surface.
• hydraulic and electrical components: components subject to high mechanical stress and normal wear;
• outer cladding: manufacturing defects affecting any cladding material.
• accessories: headrests, thermal covers, ice buckets, steps and filters are guaranteed to be free from defects upon delivery and are covered by a warranty for up to 12 months.

What is not covered:

• improper electrical or hydraulic installation: damage resulting from work carried out by non-certified installers or from failure to comply with the required wattage (kW) specified in the installation guide.
• incorrect chemical treatment: damage to or corrosion of the jets and shell resulting from excessive use of chlorine or bromine, or from the use of acids with an unbalanced pH.
• dry running: pump failure or burn-out resulting from operating the pump with insufficient or no water.

The warranty does not cover direct or indirect damage to persons or property, nor does it cover costs associated with the installation or removal of damaged parts.
